Please be guided of the following throughout the remainder of the school year in response to the COVID-19 threat as per the directive of DepEd.
- The 4th Quarter Exams to be administered on the following dates:
- March 23: Gr1- Gr3, Gr8-9 (8 – 3pm)
- March 20: Gr4- 7 (8-3pm)
- PreSchool : No Exams
- Bring snacks (2), packed lunch and water
- Exam coverage: 4th Qtr only, 50 points
- Pointers: to be released on Monday. (for those subjects that were not given)
- Students are expected to go to school on their scheduled examination day, only. They must wear face masks and bring their own alcohol or hand sanitizer.
- What to bring on exams: mongol #2, sharpener and eraser.
- Projects are to be submitted on the day of their scheduled exams, otherwise student will not be cleared. (Project of Gr4 will be graded as is since it is a group project and their project is left with Ms. Aprile)
- Student Clearance must be submitted on the day of the scheduled examination, only. Please inform your child to bring their clearance.
- All activities (Camping, Team building, Moving Up and Graduation) for the mean time will be placed on hold until further notice.
- Students with cough, colds or fever will have a special schedule. Please coordinate with the school prior to the examination date.
- Please settle all financial obligations before the examination day.
